Cordially invites you to our 5th Annual Military Benefit: "Stories Behind the Songs"
In honor of all members of the Active Military and Veterans of Our Armed Forces.
Saturday, October 19, 2023-6pm-10pm, doors open at 5:45pm and tickets at the door are limited.
This year, we have added to the lineup, two additional singer/songwriters to our mix and could NOT be more excited!
First up, our FIRST ever female, Sarah Darling! Sarah is an American Singer-Songwriter with a beautiful voice of unfiltered honesty. Sarah has had 5 albums of her own, including a #1 on the UK country charts. She recently collaborated with the O'Charley's Restaurant chain to write their theme song and helped create their "Born In Nashville" National Campaign. Sarah's perfomance highlights include her performing on CMA music fest, multiple British events, support appearances for Carrie Underwood, Scotty McCreery, Conan, CMT, Fox and Friends, the Bachelor and SO many more!
Jeff Dayton, Songwriter-Artist with vast experience with legends and megastars. Jeff spent 15 years as Glen Campbell's guitarist and band leader, time playing guitar with Kenny Chesney and Lee Greenwood, along with playing shows with dozens of other huge hit artists. Jeff is a touring artist, guitar player, singer songwriter and producer in Nashville and will also bring a new dynamic to our amazing evening filled with stories behind the songs!
We are honored to have HIT songwriters: Grammy Award Winner, Frank Myers(Alabama, Chris Young, Eddie Raven, John Michael Montgomery, Lonestare and MORE)! Randy Montana will be joining our lineup, another HUGE songwriter with many number 1 songs you'll recognize by Garth Brooks, Lee Brice, Sarah Evans, Tim McGrawn, JoDee Messina and so many more and lastly, Bret Jones will return to our own Legion with so many hits you'll recognize from artists such as, Jason Aldean, Justin Moore, Billy Currington, Darryl Worley, Tracy Lawrence and SO many more for our 5th Annual Military Benefit for an evening filled with dozens of their hit songs, Nashville Style.
"Stories Behind the Songs" will be an intimate evening filled with personal experiences of how each smash hit song made it to radio, along with their own performance. This night will not disappoint and all proceeds will benefit the Elmhurst American Legion, T.H.B. Post 187 and our local Veterans.
